Your data belongs to you. On this website we only process the data you give us so that we can reply to you, and we do not use it for anything else. This policy explains what data we process, why and what rights you have under the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, nDSG), in force since 1 September 2023, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

What data we process and why
- Contact form. Your name, email, phone number (if you give it), company type and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you hire us, to prepare your proposal.
- Free consultation booking. The day and time you choose and the details you give us for the call. We use them to organise the consultation.
- Email and phone. If you write to us or call us, we keep the conversation for as long as we need it to help you.
We do not buy data, we do not build profiles and we do not send you advertising without your consent.
What we do not do
This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics tools. Fonts are served from our own server. More details in the cookie policy.
Who we share it with
Only with providers we need in order to operate (website hosting and email), under contract and bound to protect your data. If you book through the external calendar (Cal.com), it only loads after you accept it, and its own terms also apply.
If a provider processes data outside Switzerland, we only allow this for countries that the Federal Council considers to offer adequate protection, or with contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Messages that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If you are a client, we keep your documents for as long as the law requires, for example 10 years for accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what data we process about you (right of access).
- Correct it if it is inaccurate.
- Delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Give it to you in a common format so you can take it to another provider.
Write to us at hola@northbridge.ch. We reply within 30 days at most. If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, EDÖB), www.edoeb.admin.ch.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything important, we will say so here with the date of the update.
